Wood Carving
Wood carving encompasses a wide range of techniques: chip carving, relief carving, figure carving, ornament carving and chainsaw carving. Each technique has its own tools, materials and methods.
The most common wood for carving is lime wood. It has a calm, even grain and can be cut well in all directions.
